We live in Oakura, Taranaki: home of the world’s biggest surfboard.
The ocean is two minutes from our door. This rugged black sand beach is where we train for our IRB racing.
Paritutu stands guard at one end of the beach and Mt Taranaki rises behind us above farmland and rolling hills.
The natural beauty of our place is pretty inspiring.

Louis also placed a lot of importance on the arts and sciences and I am passionate about both.
